Merchandise can be returned up to 14 days after the order has been received for store credit only.

All items returned must be in new condition (unworn/unwashed) with original tags attached. All returns with smells, not limited to smoke, pets, body odor, makeup, or stains will be refused.

Please allow 5-7 days processing time for store credit.

Size Exchanges
Merchandise can be exchanged up to 14 days after it is delivered Please email ivyneckboutique@gmail.com. State the buyers name, the item you are exchanging, and the new product that you would like. We cannot guarantee that your size will be available. In this case the customer can be given store credit.
Return Instructions

Step 1- Ensure your return meets the criteria

Step 2- Email ivyneckboutique@gmail.com stating that the order needs to be returned or exchanged

Step 3- We will provide a shipping label to return your order. All tracking information and updates will be provided via email.

Step 4- Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and for store credit to be sent to you via email
Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable to us within 14 days we will contact you ASAP. If it has exceeded the 14 days we cannot issue a credit or cancel the order. We are not liable for returned shipments due to incorrect shipping information. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If your order is lost please work with your local USPS office to track your order. All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number is provided via email before all orders are sent out.
